A Teacher

We were surprised to meet him. A 40-year old. He looked at us with tears in his eyes. In English he said, "if it weren't for you, I would not have the chance to have my dream of becoming a teacher." This was one of the most meaningful moments of our trip. Through his words, we know that we are fulfilling our dream of changing the lives in a positive way for the wonderful people of Bastimentos Island.
