Our Visit

We recently returned from Bastimentos Island, Panama. We had the pleasure of meeting many of the bright young residents of the island that are advancing their education through the efforts of Education is Power. I wish you could have seen the gratitude on their faces, and the tears in their eyes. Many are studying to become doctors, nurses, executives, teachers, biologists, etc. The beautiful young ladies called us their grandmother and grandfather from the United States. Couldn't have had a nicer thing said.
